"My Brandy No. 1 is solely distilled from wild-fermented Autumn 2020 fruit, half of which I picked by hand with friends in the Channel, from home orchards that have since been grubbed out. The other half was cider donated to the project by our friends at Banda Cider, from Huon Valley fruit. The resulting ciders were 2 x distilled in a simple pot still, and rested for 2 years in a barrel, and 3 years in glass prior to bottling. I'm very proud of this release and hope you can savour it too."
